Energy regulation

The National Energy Retail Law (Queensland) Regulation 2014 (NERLQ Regulation) is part of the national energy framework that governs the sale and supply of energy (electricity and natural gas) to customers in Queensland. To ensure regulations operating in Queensland remain fit-for-purpose, they are reviewed every 10 years.
